This is our latest workout video, a quick 10 minute Circuit on the TRX Suspension Trainer. One of our Small Group Training classes is a full body TRX workout that would be very similar to what Kristen is showing in the video below.

The TRX suspension system utilizes your own body weight in an unstable manner to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This class is recommended for all ability levels, from just getting started to seasoned athletes. Be prepared to work your entire body and work up a sweat as well! We will mainly be using the TRX suspension trainer but may also incorporate other equipment as well to mix things up. Repeat multiple times for a more intense workout!
