Ziff Properties closes multiple-property transaction

Ziff Properties, Inc. today announced the disposition of Lancer Center, Lanier Plaza and The Village at Myrtle Grove. The portfolio of southeastern retail properties sold for $24 million to a private buyer from New York. Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta-based retail investment sales group was part of the team that brokered the off-market transaction.
