Ziff Properties Sells Medical Phase

MOUNT PLEASANT, SC – Ziff Properties, Inc. announced the disposition of the Medical Phase I of Normandy Village, a 23,808-square-foot portion of the center for $1.78 million to a Florida-based private investor. Chad Atwood and Jonathan Gerszberg of Marcus & Millichap represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.

Director of Acquisitions and Chief Operating Officer, Christian Chamblee says, “As we continue to strengthen our portfolio, the successful sale of this medical phase will allow us to expand into neighborhood communities where we believe we can add significant value.”
