2009 TOUR OF HOMES Opens This Weekend

COLUMBIA, SC – April 29, 2009 – Columbia’s Largest Open House of New Homes for Sale is the 2009 TOUR OF HOMES coming this May 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17 from Noon to 6 p.m. For the past two weeks we’ve teased you with information on our Featured Communities, but now you can visit them on the TOUR OF HOMES!
The annual scattered-site showing will offer nine Featured Communities and 54 new homes for your inspection. The TOUR OF HOMES gives you the opportunity to see the best communities, as well as fine homes in every price range. Columbia’s finest builders and developers will show you their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and fine craftsmanship. While some model homes are decorated and furnished, many of the homes are not. If you are interested in seeing a finished or furnished model, please contact the real estate agent and they will be happy to assist you.
As you tour their lovely neighborhoods and homes, remember that a new home is still one of the most sound investments you can make. Interest rates are still significantly lower than at any other time in the last 25 years, so now is one of the best times to buy a new home. The nine Featured Communities this year are ADESSO, Cobblestone Park, Crickentree, Deer Lake, Lake Carolina, Lakeshore at the Grove, Peach Grove Villas, Saluda River Club and Westcott Ridge.
Plan books featuring all of the homes and Featured Communities on the TOUR will be available at all Russell & Jeffcoat Realtors locations and at all of the Featured Communities at no charge. Keep an eye on this space over the next few weekends to see more information on the Featured Communities.
