2014 Parade of Homes Critics’ Choice Award Winners

COLUMBIA, SC – The 2014 Parade of Homes is being held December 6-14 at The Gates of Windermere.  Last Friday, before the gates opened to the public on Saturday, a panel of judges met at the site and walked through the homes to decide the winners of the Critics’ Choice Awards.  Listed below are the official results.

The 2014 Parade of Homes features four new homes in the $375,000 to $425,000 price range. Three homes are furnished and decorated by local interior designers. Three out of the four homes were judged on a variety of criteria and awards were given for the categories listed below.
