2nd Annual APWA Backhoe Rodeo Qualifier –

The City of West Columbia invites you to the second West Columbia Backhoe Rodeo in celebration of Public Works Week. Members of staff will compete in the Backhoe Rodeo from 11 AM – 2 PM on Monday, May 21, 2018, at the West Columbia Community Center, 754 B Avenue, West Columbia, SC. The three winning competitors will advance to the Midlands Regional Competition on Friday, May 25, 2018, at the City of Columbia Public Works Facility.
