Kara Petruzzelli, Shannon Kolb and Danielle Arbé
The program will be hosted at Seven Victory Fitness Collective, a premier fitness and wellness facility that opened in November 2024 in downtown Greenville. Founded by the dynamic trio of Danielle Arbé, Kara Petruzzelli, and Shannon Kolb, Seven Victory Fitness Collective is dedicated to holistic fitness. Located at 301 North Main Street, on the lower level of the Daniel Building, this modern facility provides a personalized, supportive environment for achieving health and wellness goals.
Erick Arbé, PGA Professional and former Korean PGA Tour member, will co-lead the program alongside Kara Petruzzelli, an expert in functional fitness and a registered dietician. As Head Coach at Seven Victory, Kara integrates her expertise to help individuals reach peak performance.
“We created this class because many golfers take lessons but lack the physical ability to implement necessary corrections,” says Erick Arbé. “By evaluating both physical limitations and swing flaws, we can correlate the two and develop a targeted fitness plan to correct the issues.”
What’s Included in the 4-Week Golf Performance Program?
Golf Fitness & Swing Evaluations
Participants will undergo a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) fitness evaluation to assess mobility, flexibility, and strength specific to golf. Additionally, swing analysis will be conducted using FlightScope technology to capture key metrics.
“When I was teaching full-time, I wish I had discovered the TPI certification,” says Arbé. “Some players simply can’t achieve certain positions due to physical limitations. Improving fitness benefits all aspects of life, not just golf.”
Four Weeks of Group Training
Golfers will train in a small-group setting, learning from both Kara and Erick. Classes will be held weekly on Mondays (time TBD), each focusing on a different swing characteristic, flaw, or fundamental.
Personalized Weekly Workouts
In addition to the group class, each participant will receive a one-hour personalized workout to complete on their own schedule. These can be done at Seven Victory Fitness Collective during regular business hours, providing the perks of membership for the program’s duration.
Second Assessment to Track Progress
A follow-up evaluation will measure individual progress and improvements in each participant’s “golf handicap”.
