GREENVILLE, SC – March 27, 2014 – Phillips Staffing, one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solution providers, has added Cindy Smith-Payne as Senior Recruiter.
Ms. Smith-Payne joins Phillips with more than ten years of progressive experience in staffing and business development. Most recently, she served as a Professional Technical Recruiter and Business Development Manager for a global staffing firm, where she won numerous performance awards for her region. With Phillips Staffing, Ms. Smith-Payne will work with both new and existing clients to provide human capital solutions that lead to increased growth and success. She will focus her time identifying professional talent to support primarily light industrial, logistics, distribution, information technology and engineering roles in organizations across the Southeast.
A native of Scottsboro, Alabama, Ms. Smith-Payne attended J.F. Drake Technical College and Alabama A&M University, and is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Her professional involvement has included active membership in the American Staffing Association, Birmingham Recruiters Network, Charlotte Business Professionals, Global Business Development Professionals and IT Technology Networking Professionals Association.
