Griffin Represents Plastics Company in Purchase of Major Spartanburg Facility

GREENVILLE, SC – November 28, 2011 – Mark Griffin of Langston-Black Real Estate, Inc.  recently represented the Buyer, Colors For Plastics, Inc. in the purchase of an 81,120 +/- square foot manufacturing facility located at 410 Gossett Road in Spartanburg County. The facility is the former Primaknit manufacturing plant which sits on approximately 6.69+/- acres.  As part of the deal, Colors For Plastics, Inc. also purchased an additional 8.89+/- acres adjacent to the facility for future expansion capabilites. The Lyons Group LLC represented the Seller, Fourten Properties LLC.

Colors for Plastics, Inc. has manufactured a full line of thermoplastic colorants since 1972. The company is headquartered in Illinois with two plant locations, and one location which currently operates in Spartanburg County. The company plans on utilizing the facility to further expand its East coast operations.
