GREENVILLE, SC – August 2011 – NAI Earle Furman announces the following lease transactions:
Greenville, South Carolina (August 2011): Keith Jones and Scott Jones, SIOR of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord in leasing office space to Dynamic Technology Solutions, Inc. The space is located at 714 Pettigru Street in downtown Greenville.
Greenville, South Carolina (August 2011): Tyson Smoak of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented Smoak Public Relations in leasing a 1,833 SF office space located at 105 North Spring Street in Greenville. They are relocating from their current location at 300 North Main Street in Greenville. David Feild, CCIM, also of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord in the transaction.
Greenville, South Carolina (August 2011): Stuart Wyeth of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented OZRE Greenville in leasing a 7,216 SF office space in Park Central office park located on North Pleasantburg Drive. The space was leased to Website Pipeline.
Greenville, South Carolina (August 2011): Tim Roller of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of Anderson Station in renewing Bed Bath and Beyond’s 22,398 SF retail space. Roller also represented the landlord in the renewal of Ross’s 30,187 SF retail space. Anderson Station offers approximately 200,000 SF of retail space and is among the major shopping centers in Anderson. Other tenants include Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports and Hobby Lobby.
Greer, South Carolina (August 2011): Stuart Wyeth and Peter Couchell, CCIM of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord of Greenville Business Center in renewing an 8,000 SF flex space to SunCall America. The center is located at 161 Johns Road in Greer.
