Zoës Kitchen to Open First Upstate Location on Augusta Street

GREENVILLE, SC – March, 2011 – Ted Lyerly, CCIM and Jimmy Wright of NAI Earle Furman, LLC represented the landlord in leasing a 3,200 SF restaurant space located at 2123 Augusta Street to Zoës Kitchen, a fast-casual style concept. They currently have 37 restaurant locations in 11 states within the Southeast. Their Mediterranean-inspired menu features fresh ingredients in generous portions. The expected summer opening will mark the first Upstate location.
