Black Bean Brownies

These flourless brownies are a healthy alternative to a popular treat.
- 1 15 oz. can of black beans, rinsed
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1/8 Cup Liquid coconut oil
- 1/2 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1/4 Cup Mini dark chocolate chips (organic)
- Â Powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray an 8″ x 8″ square baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Place ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour into greased pan and bake 28-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
- Cut into squares.
