Baked Meatballs

Baked meatballs are easy and versatile.
- 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Using clean hands, mix all ingredients until combined.
- Using small spoon, gather and roll meatballs into 1″ balls.
- Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper or sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.
- Makes 18 to 20 meatballs.
