Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Easy and Nutritious
Ingredients:
- 1 – 10 oz. bag of crinkle cut sweet potatoes (found in fresh produce section)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil or liquid coconut oil
- Sea salt and black ground pepper
- Pinch ground cinnamon (optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Toss potatoes in oil.
- Lay on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Lightly sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper, (and cinnamon if using).
- Bake for 10 minutes and turn with spatula.
- Bake another 10 minutes and serve hot.
- Makes 2 servings (Approx. 28 fries each).
