SCBT Breaks Ground on New Irmo Location

COLUMBIA, SC – June 24, 2008 – SCBT had its ground breaking at its new location on Columbiana Drive. The Greater Irmo Chamber joins South Carolina Bank and Trust, Weathers Contracting Company, Inc. and Studio 2LR Architects + Planners for ground breaking at new SCBT Irmo location.
Our staff members are excited about the opportunity to provide service in a more spacious environment. Since the time that we opened, our customer base has greatly increased. We appreciate the patience and loyalty that our customers have shown us over the years and look forward to moving into the new location, said Brent Mackie, city executive, Lexington County.
