Ashley Shuler of United Community Bank Elected President of CREW

Ashley Shuler, Branch Manager of United Community Bank in Charleston, has recently been announced as President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Charleston. Shuler, a thirteen year banking veteran, will serve as president of the professional womens’ organization until December 2017.

“CREW is a wonderful organization that promotes the success of women in this industry,” said Shuler. “I am honored to be selected as the leader for this year and look forward to continuing to grow this organization for the benefit of other women the Lowcountry.”  Crew National’s mission is influencing the Success of the Commercial Real Estate Industry by Advancing the Achievements of Women.

Shuler has been a member of CREW since 2011 and has served in several leadership positions in the organization’s Board of Directors, including Director of Programs and Director of Sponsorships. As President, she will help to organize and facilitate monthly board meetings and events throughout the year. She will also be involved with chapter activity planning, member recruitment and budget and fundraising.
