Multiple listing service of Hilton Head Island adds administrative coordinator

Stephanie Fera brings her real estate background to the Hilton Head area
Stephanie Fera joined the Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island (HHIMLS) as Administrative Coordinator.
“We’re growing our organization with very talented people who have a lot to offer,” said Colette Stevenson, chief operating officer of Multiple Listing Service of Hilton Head Island. “Stephanie has the skills we need to bring the MLS forward in this ever-evolving industry.”
Fera coordinates a wide variety of administrative and marketing duties, including special projects and events. She’s been serving the real estate industry for more than six years, most recently with Ryan Homes, a nationwide new home builder. That company named her Northern Virginia 2014 Administrator of the Year and 2013 Sales Assistant of the Year. Fera lives on Hilton Head Island with her husband, Andy, and their cocker spaniel. They moved to Hilton Head this year from Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Always at the forefront of changing technologies and processes designed to help its members be more effective, the HHIMLS facilitates $3 billion in real estate transactions annually. It serves primarily as a data resource that provides its members with statistics, property listings, and trends. It also conducts member recruiting, delivers training for members, oversees a fully web-based core database, and provides a variety of other services agents need to be successful.
“We are fortunate to be able to bring in such talent,” said Stevenson. “Stephanie has a background in real estate and understands what our agents, homebuyers and sellers need to be successful. She’s coordinating our upcoming symposium, HHIMLS 2016 Real Estate Tech Talks, and many real estate professionals in the area are looking forward to that event.”
The HHIMLS 2016 Real Estate Tech Talks will be November 16 and 17 at the Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa. Agents, appraisers, inspectors, and those who work with mortgage companies, banks, insurance, property management companies, and associates of the real estate field are invited to learn how technology is changing the industry and be inspired by some of the most influential people in the industry. Attendees will also have access to training classes, tools, new product introductions, and exhibits. Throughout the event, there will be opportunities to network with more than a thousand attendees before the symposium closes with a gala reception on Thursday evening.
