NAI Avant announces Charleston partnership and office opening

NAI Avant has joined operations with Vanguard Development Group in Charleston, SC to form a new NAI Avant office in the Charleston market.
CHARLESTON, SC – July 12, 2010 – NAI Avant announced in April of this year that it had been selected by NAI Global to take over the Charleston market. NAI Global is the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms and one of the largest real estate providers worldwide. E. David Grubbs, Jr. will serve as the Charleston office’s Managing Principal and Broker-In-Charge. Thomas M. Boulware, VI, CCIM and Dexter C. Rumsey, IV will continue with the new firm as Senior Brokers and are vital members of the team.
