Boutique PR, Marketing & Event Planning Firm Flock and Rally Promotes Chloe Rodgers to FT Account Manager

October 10, 2014

COLUMBIA, SC – Flock and Rally: Events + Communications for a Brave New South, a boutique public relations, marketing and event planning agency based in downtown Columbia, S.C., announces the promotion of team member Chloe Rodgers to full time Account Manager.

Rodgers holds a degree in public relations from the University of South Carolina and has experience in managing multiple client accounts, integrating public relations, inbound marketing and outbound channels to execute full-scale, effective client campaigns. She excels in branding, public relations writing, social media strategy and event-based micro-campaigns as well as project management and logistics. Rodgers has been an integral member of the Flock and Rally team since December 2012.

Founding partners Debi Schadel and Tracie Broom are big fans. “Chloe possesses an exceptional talent for professional empathy – the ability to put herself in the shoes of her clients as well as those of their target audiences – which is so essential to brand storytelling, pitching to media and developing social media strategy,” notes Broom.

“Chloe is able to scrutinize details as well as step back to see a client’s entire brand real estate holdings from above, particularly online,” says Schadel. “She is adept at managing the chain of content creation and distribution, so that everything functions as an ecosystem, from the website, blog and email newsletters to social media platforms and third party sites, driving traffic according to plan.”

Originally from Florence, S.C., and now an explorer of all things fun – and delicious – in Columbia, Rodgers enjoys refurbishing old thrift store finds, traveling, growing her record collection and perfecting the science of leisure. Rodgers is a member of Columbia Opportunity Resource, Richland Library Friends and Nickelodeon Theatre, and she is a charter member of the American Marketing Association Columbia chapter.

Rodgers’ current projects include Motor Supply Co. Bistro, Harbison Theatre at Midlands Technical College, Famously Hot New Year, EngenuitySC and Central Carolina Community Foundation. Other projects in which Rodgers has a hand include 701 CCA’s Columbia Open Studios, Southern Community Services, Lake Carolina, ConvergeSE, Cayce Mayor Elise Partin and Crafty Feast.
