Recruiting Solutions’ Branch Manager Caroline Tracy awarded Junior League of Columbia’s Provisional of the Year

Caroline Tracy, Branch Manager of Recruiting Solutions, was recently honored as Provisional of the Year by the Junior League of Columbia (JLC). This award recognizes one member of the provisional class who especially excels and exemplifies the Junior League’s mission and values through their voluntarism and community involvement. Tracy joined the JLC in 2015, and recently completed her provisional year to become an active member in the JLC.
Besides her involvement with the JLC, Tracy is an active member of several other organizations in the Columbia community, including the Young Leaders Society for United Way, the Society for Human Resources Management, and River City Chapel.
Tracy is also a Branch Manager for the staffing and recruitment company, Recruiting Solutions. Tracy joined Recruiting Solutions in 2013 as a Recruiting Assistant, and has been promoted several times before being made Branch Manager of the Columbia office in the beginning of 2016. During her time with the company, she has specialized in recruitment for the company’s Office Professional division, and spearheaded the planning of multiple company events and initiatives.
