Locums firm doubles down on VP growth

Floyd Lee Locums announced two changes designed to increase its concierge service offering for clients. Josh Ahlberg has joined the company as the newest VP of Business Development, and Kemi Upchurch has been promoted to VP of Client Services.

In his role as VP of Business Development, Ahlberg will lead the locums firm’s client acquisition and engagement strategies. Similarly, Upchurch will collaborate closely with Ahlberg to guide a team of locums experts in providing concierge levels of support for the organization’s healthcare facility partners.

Prior to joining Floyd Lee Locums, Ahlberg spent more than 13 years managing new business development and client acquisition for a variety of locums firms, including Martin Fletcher and Supplemental Health Care. Upchurch is promoted to VP of Client Services after serving as a Regional Vice President for Floyd Lee Locums since November of 2017, after a long and successful career with Supplemental Health Care where she previously worked with CEO Natasha Lee.
