City Center Partnership unveils its Destination Downtown report

City Center Partnership (CCP) unveiled its 40-page Destination Downtown report today. The report outlines accomplishments and value City Center Business Improvement District (Main Street District) has provided owners of downtown properties since its establishment in late 2001. Business owners and executives, residents, community leaders, and photos of the Main Street District are featured. Topics include shopping, residential living, and more, highlighting some statistics over the past 18 years, including the following:

  • Property Values: $302,288,292 (2003) vs. $485,938,900 (2018)
  • Yellow Shirts (2015 – 2019)
    • Hospitality Assists: 25,698
    • Trash Removed: 584,306 pounds
    • Complimentary Shuttles: 98,571
  • Residents: 2,000
  • Retail Establishments: 65+
  • Retail Vacancy Rate: 11.45%
