Providence Home

Providence Home is a faith-based transitional ministry currently housing 36 men and expanding to 63 men by Summer 2020. Most men arrive at Providence Home weary from prison, jail, alcohol/drug treatment programs, homeless shelters, or other unstable environments.

Providence Home creates a structured, supportive environment for men who would likely otherwise go back to their former living situation or rely on overextended and/or under-resourced family members or friends, placing them at high risk for relapse and even death.

Residents are not only provided basic needs, such as three meals a day, a safe, dorm-like room, and laundry services, they are also provided a variety of holistic services help them seek change to become stable and healthy. Holistic services include employment assistance, medical and dental care, Bible studies, recovery coaching, and much more, equipping men to make responsible choices and reconcile with family.
