Colliers | South Carolina brokers bring ±110,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility to full occupancy

Colliers | South Carolina industrial brokers Mark Erickson, SIOR and Jarred Watts facilitated the full occupancy of McQueen Distribution Center at 450 International Circle, a Class A ±110,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility constructed in 2023.
McQueen Distribution LLC and Omni Partners completed the speculative development from Q1 2022 to Q1 2023. The building is in a strategic location in the Charleston Distribution Corridor, providing access by land, air or sea. It currently houses three businesses: Elara Foodservice Disposables, a supplier of premium disposable products for the food service industry; Riverstone Logistics, specializing in comprehensive freight services, including final mile transportation partnerships, and freight brokerage; and Prime Time Leasing, a furniture rental provider for South Carolina’s Lowcountry region.
