Colliers brings two Class A office buildings in Columbia to full occupancy

Colliers has been awarded the leasing assignment for an additional building in the Center Point office park

Colliers | South Carolina brokers Henry Roe and Allen Wilkerson, SIOR, CCIM have facilitated several new leases to bring Center Point I and II to full occupancy. Center Point I and II are Class A office buildings totaling 153,306 square feet located near the interchange for Interstate 26 and Interstate 20 in Columbia, South Carolina.

Roe and Wilkerson have represented Center Point I and II owner, Blackcove LLC, in the marketing and leasing of the office buildings since 2022. At the time Blackcove LLC purchased the buildings, occupancy was 82%. The Colliers team collaborated with the building owner to make improvements that enhanced the building’s appearance, resulting in the attraction of four new tenants to Center Point.

TD Bank moved its office space from Lexington to Center Point II in March 2025. Three new tenants have been added to Center Point I since August 2024: Brown & Brown, Total Comfort Solutions and Consor Engineers.

“Our team’s successful leasing of this office park showcases not only the property’s prime features and location but also the robust leasing activity in this submarket of Columbia,” said Roe.

“Suburban office markets are driven by tenant preference for Class A spaces with professional on-site management,” said Wilkerson. “We were eager to assist in achieving full occupancy and attract tenants to quality spaces that align with their needs and expectations.”

Roe and Wilkerson have recently been awarded the leasing assignment for a third Class A building in the Center Point office park, located at 200 Center Point Circle and known as The Berkeley Building.
