JBW Farms Announces Arrival of Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef at The Market
December 15, 2025JBW Farms & Homestead is celebrating a milestone many customers have been eagerly awaiting: its grass-fed, grass-finished beef has officially arrived and is now available in the freezers at The Market at JBW Farms.
The long-anticipated release marks the first availability of JBW Farms’ locally raised beef, produced using slow, intentional practices that prioritize animal health, nutrition, and quality. Grass-fed, grass-finished beef is known for being naturally higher in omega-3 fatty acids, rich in vitamins A and E, packed with antioxidants, and easier for many people to digest.
“This beef was raised the way nature intended — slow raised, raised right, and with care from start to finish,” said Jonathan Watkins.
Customers will find a wide selection of cuts available, including filet mignon, sirloins, cube steak, and other everyday favorites. For those who enjoy cooking with nutrient-dense ingredients, the freezers are also stocked with organ meats such as liver and heart.
