At Tidelands Community Hospice, we tailor care to each patient and their family’s needs, making sure that their desires and needs come first, and that experienced, quality, compassionate care trumps all else.

We are the ONLY locally based and governed not-for-profit hospice provider serving Georgetown, Horry and Williamsburg counties. We provide care for ALL in need of hospice. Regardless of financial status or life situation, NO one is turned away. We are a not-for-profit, and our return is measured by the impact we have on a patients’ life and their family’s while sharing the last chapter of their life journey.
