Dean Fairweather joins LCK as Senior Project Manager

LCK announced the addition of Dean Fairweather as Senior Project Manager in its Columbia office.

In this role, Fairweather will provide owner representation and project oversight from preconstruction through completion, leveraging his expertise across multiple delivery methods to ensure accuracy, integrity and successful outcomes for every assignment. Fairweather brings nearly 20 years of construction industry experience across infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, strengthening LCK’s ability to deliver comprehensive project management services for clients throughout the region.

Fairweather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati as well as advanced certifications from OSHA and the FMI Project Management Academy.

Before joining LCK, Fairweather served as a Project Manager and later Preconstruction Manager, completing commercial and self-storage projects across the Southeast valued at more than $140 million.
