Coordinator of Administration
March 25, 2026We are seeking a dynamic and organized Coordinator of Administration to join our team and support the seamless operation of our programs. This vital role involves managing administrative functions, developing and implementing program initiatives, and fostering strong vendor relationships. The Coordinator of Administration will play a key role in ensuring efficient program management and maintaining a positive environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations, including maintaining vendor and financial records.
Manage relationships with vendors, staff, university staff, and board members to promote collaboration and support services.
Develop and monitor budgets for programs, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Coordinate employee benefits through efficient administration of payroll and employee benefits programs.
Qualifications
Excellent relationship management skills to build trust and rapport with staff and university partners.
Prior administrative experience, including budgeting, documentation, and record management.
Strong understanding of program management principles combined with effective organizational skills.
Background in nonprofit administration or related fields is desirable. Join us to make a meaningful difference!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 – $15.50 per hour
