In the fight against breast cancer, no one walks alone. Join Tidelands Health and people across our region for the 20th annual In the Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Walk!

The 2026 In the Pink walk will be held Saturday, Oct. 10, at beautiful Brookgreen Gardens in Murrells Inlet. Register today to be part of our region’s largest breast cancer awareness event. Registration is limited to 2,500 participants, so don’t wait to sign up!

With your $35 paid registration, you’ll receive a commemorative t-shirt and complimentary admission to Brookgreen Gardens for the day. Most importantly, you’ll let those in our region who have been impacted by breast cancer know we walk together in pink.
