Join College of Charleston historian Dr. Shannon C. Eaves for a presentation on the history and legacy of the Middle Passage in South Carolina. The talk kicks off the monthlong special exhibit, “To Distant Shores: The Transatlantic Slave Trade to South Carolina, 1680–1808,” as well as the library’s grant-funded “From Independence to Interstellar” 250th anniversary series.
