SC Superheroes in Motion Walk, Run & Roll 5K & 1-Mile

When: Saturday, Sept. 5, 2026 | Check-in at 9 AM, 5K starts at 10 AM, 1-Mile starts at 10:15 AM (Coffee truck on-site starting at 8 AM)

Details: Grab your cape and lace up your sneakers for this superhero-themed, fully accessible 5K and 1-mile fun run benefiting the South Carolina Spinal Cord Injury Association. Open to runners, walkers, strollers, and wheelchair rollers of all ages and abilities. Enjoy refreshments provided by the U.S. Army, Target of Simpsonville, and Whole Foods, plus morning brews from Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck. Superhero costumes are highly encouraged!
