Lifestyle Medicine at Work: Building a Culture of Prevention
October 1 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
The South Carolina Healthy Business Coalition will host the Upstate seminar of its Fall Seminar Series on Thursday, October 1, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the City Club of Greenville.
The Upstate seminar is sponsored by the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville and presented in partnership with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. This practical luncheon seminar will explore how Lifestyle Medicine can support prevention, workforce wellbeing, chronic disease strategy, and healthier workplace cultures.
The program will bring together employers, healthcare partners, benefits leaders, and workforce wellbeing professionals for a timely conversation about how evidence-based lifestyle approaches can help address chronic disease risk, healthcare costs, employee wellbeing, and organizational health.
Participants will hear from regional experts representing clinical care, lifestyle practice, population health, and workplace implementation. The program will include lunch, networking, focused educational presentations, and a moderated panel discussion.
This seminar is designed for leaders and organizations interested in moving beyond isolated wellness programs toward a more strategic, prevention-focused approach to workforce health.
Tickets are $25 for general admission and free for current Coalition members.
