Wedgefield Plantation is encouraging local golfers to come out on Sunday, September 27 and help support Saint Frances Animal Center with its Paws and Putts golf tournament. Check-in begins at 9:45 am with a 10:00 am shotgun start.

There will be four-person teams, Captain’s Choice format and contests for closest to the pin and longest drive. Individual registration is $100 (includes golf and food), $150 hole sponsor, and an Angel Team of four, with hole sponsor signage for $500.

In addition to 18 holes of fun, there will be vendors, a silent auction, activities for kids (face painting and balloons), live music and the Women of Wedgefield bake sale, with proceeds benefiting Saint Frances.
