The future of volunteer engagement starts here.
Volunteers are changing. Expectations are changing. The way we lead them has to change, too.

Join South Carolina’s volunteer engagement professionals for a high-energy day of fresh ideas, practical strategies, and meaningful connections designed to help you build stronger volunteer programs and create greater community impact.

The Volunteer Administrators Alliance (VAA) Peer Network Symposium is where the people behind South Carolina’s volunteer-powered organizations come to learn from one another. Through inspiring speakers, interactive conversations, and peer-driven learning, you’ll discover innovative approaches to recruiting, engaging, retaining, and recognizing today’s volunteers.

Whether you’re managing a handful of volunteers or leading a large, established program, you’ll leave with ideas you can put to work the very next day.
