A Perfect Start Child Care to expand with second location in Pee Dee region

Rox Pollard Jr., John Gressette and Rox Pollard III of Colliers | South Carolina represented DaVita in the sublease of 1471 N. Cashua Drive in Florence, South Carolina to A Perfect Start Child Care for its second location in the Pee Dee region.
“There is a strong demand for childcare in Florence with waitlists over a year. By opening a second location, A Perfect Start Child Care will help to meet the needs of children and families in the area,” said Gressette. “We feel like this is an excellent user for this property.”
A Perfect Start is a large licensed childcare facility based in Darlington, South Carolina. It is an ABC Quality facility, a childcare provider quality rating and improvement system for childcare providers for infants, babies, toddlers and children in South Carolina. Perfect Start II in Florence is set to open early Fall 2025.
