A Very Clinton Christmas: Four Days of Small-Town Holiday Magic
November 22, 2025The City of Clinton and Main Street Clinton are ushering in the holiday season with A Very Clinton Christmas, a four-day celebration filled with festive events, family traditions, and the unmistakable charm that makes Clinton shine this time of year.
Running December 4–7, the community is invited to enjoy a holly-jolly lineup of activities—from carriage rides and downtown shopping to the city’s beloved tree lighting and Christmas parade. Whether you’re looking to make memories with family, finish holiday shopping, or simply soak in the magic of the season, Clinton has something special planned for everyone.
“A Very Clinton Christmas is our way of celebrating the heart of this community,” said City Manager Joey Meadors. “From the tree lighting to the parade to the incredible local shops downtown, this weekend brings people together in a way that truly showcases the spirit of Clinton. We hope families will come out, make memories, and enjoy everything our city has to offer.”
Thursday, December 4
Christmas Tree Lighting
6:00–7:30 PM | The Depot
The festivities begin with the official lighting of the City of Clinton Christmas tree. Families can gather at The Depot for an evening of seasonal music, warm fellowship, and the glow of downtown lights as the community welcomes the season together.
Friday, December 5
Mingle Jingle
4:00–8:00 PM | Downtown Clinton
The weekend continues with Mingle Jingle, an evening of extended shopping hours, holiday specials, and festive storefronts throughout downtown. Carriage rides will be available to add an extra touch of Christmas magic as visitors stroll and shop.
Saturday, December 6
Christmas Parade
10:00 AM
A Clinton favorite returns as the annual Christmas Parade rolls through town, featuring floats, performers, local groups, and plenty of Christmas cheer.
Mingle Jingle Continues
11:00 AM–8:00 PM | Downtown Clinton Shops
Local merchants will carry the celebration into the evening with another full day of holiday shopping, treats, and festive fun.
Sunday, December 7
Christmas at PC Concert
3:00 PM | Belk Auditorium, Presbyterian College
The weekend concludes with a beautiful musical performance at Presbyterian College. The annual Christmas at PC Concert is a community tradition, offering classic seasonal arrangements that bring the holiday spirit to life.
