A new affordable housing opportunity has officially launched in Columbia with the grand opening of Addison Pointe, an 80-unit apartment community dedicated to serving the area’s workforce and expanding access to quality, attainable housing. Located on Percival Road just minutes from Forest Acres, Addison Pointe provides thoughtfully designed apartment homes at affordable rental rates for working individuals and families. The community was developed to help meet the growing demand for workforce housing in the Columbia area while maintaining high standards of design, comfort, and livability.
