Additional Units and Upgrades Begin for Existing Neighborhood in the Arden area in Asheville, NC

The Audubon Place community, A Kassinger Development Group property, welcomes the phase two plan

 

CHARLESTON, SC and ASHEVILLE, NC – The Audubon Place neighborhood has continued to thrive with high occupancy rates and the growth of retail and other businesses moving to the area. The Kassinger Development Group recently closed on the additional property adjacent to the existing phase one of Audubon Place and will begin site work for a phase two of the multi-family unit community.

The current buildings have a 256 unit capacity which has stayed strong in demand, and the phase two will include four new buildings to hold 86 units, 3 additional garages and the opportunity for carriage units above the garages. The buildings will have upgraded finishes and similar floor plans compared with the first phase. In addition to these new and needed units, the existing clubhouse will be expanded to include further meeting sections and a larger fitness center. All of the units will share earth tone paint exterior finishes, similar to our sister development Weirbridge Village, also located in the Asheville area.

Arden has enjoyed a growth of new businesses and the close proximity to the Asheville airport makes it a convenient place to live. Employment opportunities are increasing and the community is awaiting the Sierra Nevada brewery to open.
