Agent Ranks Swell at Carolina One

The Orleans Road office of Carolina One Real Estate Services is proud to welcome 5 new Sales Associates to that location’s award-winning team.  Jacob Ferderigos, Sharon Hartwell, Don Lundy, Mary Katherine Reed and Ken Westfall will soon begin their training and orientation into the Carolina One family of successful Realtors®.

A Charleston native, Jacob Ferderigos grew up in the restaurant business on lower King Street in downtown Charleston.  Ferderigos’ family has owned and continually operated the Olde Towne Greek restaurant for 46 years and he has played a significant role there for years. Ferderigos, who has dabbled in real estate for years, recently decided to expand his avocation with Carolina One.  Married with 2 children, Ferderigos enjoys music and live concerts.

Sharon Hartwell is a lifelong resident of Charleston.  Hartwell received her BA degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and her Master’s in Accounting from the College of Charleston.  In addition to her real estate license, Hartwell is licensed by the US Treasury Department to represent individual and business taxpayers before the IRS and SCDOR in tax audits, collections and appeals.  Hartwell has an extensive background in Tax Negotiations Sales and Management.  Hartwell is a member of the Center for Women and a volunteer tutor with the SC Reading Partners Program.

Don Lundy is a graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina with a BS degree in Hospital Administration.  Lundy, a native of Tampa, FL worked as a paramedic for a total of 42 years including a 15-year stint as Director of the Charleston County EMS.  Lundy is also a certified Chief Medical Officer (CMO), one of less than 100 in the US.  A lover of SCUBA diving, singing and playing the 12-string guitar, Lundy, together with his wife Barbara have been foster parents to 31 children.

Mary Katherine Reed was born in Charleston, but attended high school in Toorak, Victoria, Australia prior to receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the College of Charleston. Reed is the owner of Mary Reed Charleston since 2015 and a designer of fine handmade jewelry crafted from turquoise, freshwater pearls and sterling silver.  Reed enjoys painting, creating one of a kind jewelry and being a brand-new mom.

Ken Westfall was born in St. Louis, MO and has lived in Charleston for 6 years.  A graduate of Middle Georgia Technical College, Westfall is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic who spent 26 years working in the aviation industry for Boeing Corporation in Georgia, Texas and South Carolina.  Married with one daughter, Westfall enjoys hunting, fishing and wood working.
