Agents Flock to Carolina One New Homes

Ali Bring, Debbie Deleon, Graham Drayton, Jr., Gretchen Hurley and Michele Miller are poised to represent several exciting New Homes Communities throughout the metro Charleston area.
Ali Bring has been a licensed Realtor® in South Carolina and Georgia since 2000. A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Bring is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional who has been recognized multiple times for excellence in sales and marketing. Bring will be representing Lowcountry Residential Builders at their Summerville Hidden Hills and Johns Island Fosters Glenn communities.
Debbie Deleon has lived in Charleston for more than 16 years. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Deleon has an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and has been employed by the College of Charleston, the Music Farm and the Plex. Deleon will be representing Hunter Quinn Homes at the Park at Rivers Edge in North Charleston, Oakbrook Park in Ladson and Limehouse Drive in Summerville.
Graham Drayton, Jr. has been involved with land development and planning at some level his entire career. Born in Germany, Graham graduated from the University of South Carolina and has held positions with Kiawah Island Golf Resort and the Metro Chamber of Commerce. Drayton will oversee the Mungo Homes sales and marketing of Fenwick Woods and Brownswood Village both on Johns Island.
A native of East Greenwich, CT, Gretchen Hurley is a Community Sales Specialist with extensive experience in real estate sales and property management. Hurley is a graduate of Simmons College in Boston, MA and has lived in Charleston for the past two years. Hurley will be representing FrontDoor Communities at their locations in Carolina Park and Tributary at Rivertowne in Mt. Pleasant.
Michele Miller has had a 25 year career in the hospitality industry. She also worked for an audio/visual production company in Cincinnati and was a residential designer for a custom design/build firm in Hilton Head, SC. A native of Cincinnati, OH and a graduate of Purdue University, Miller has made Charleston her home for the last 2-1/2 years. Miller will be working with Jason Ray together representing the Custom Builder Group in the Old Village of Mt. Pleasant.
