SUMMERVILLE, SC – March 23, 2011 – David Baird, Samantha Chapman and Bill Ericson have joined Prudential Southern Coast Real Estate.
Baird has over 30 years experience in the Home Remodeling and New Home Construction industries. He joins wife Mari-anne Stabenau who has been with the firm for more than 2 years.
Chapman studied business at Charleston Southern University and is certified in Interior Decorating. She was with Carolina Sun GMAC in Mt. Pleasant.
Erickson retired to the Low Country after 35 years of service with a multinational heavy steel company. He was previously with Keller Williams North
