Alex Irwin joins Colliers International as office specialist

Colliers International | South Carolina is pleased to announce that Alex Irwin has joined the firm’s Charleston office as a Senior Brokerage Associate, specializing in office tenant and landlord representation.

Our deep resources and platform will allow Alex to become a leader in our market.”
Irwin has been in the real estate industry in Charleston since 2013 and he is currently working to earn his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He was a top producer for his previous firm in both 2016 and 2017.
“I love helping clients navigate the ever-changing Charleston market,” said Irwin. “Thirty-four people move here every day, and their businesses need space to operate locally. It’s exciting to be a part of those dynamics.”
Irwin has brokered dozens of high-value commercial real estate transactions, including the sales and leasing of office and industrial properties and investment sales.
In addition to being active in the real estate industry, Irwin is involved in the community. He is a basketball coach for Porter-Gaud School and was a member of the Leadership Charleston class of 2016.
