In 2011, Amanda Stephenson set out on her entrepreneurial venture by launching an online clothing boutique.  Later, after attending a Food Truck Rodeo last fall, she decided to supplement that business with Rolling Rack Boutique, a glamorous store on wheels, complete with a dressing room, hardwood floors, A/C, checkout area, selection of stock and more!
