February 2, 2026

Georgetown’s American Heritage Girls troop is holding its second annual AHG Fishing Tournament, on Saturday, March 21 after the Bridge Bridge run from 2:00 – 5:00 pm at the Carroll Ashmore Campbell Marine Complex, located at 101 Riverwalk Drive in Georgetown.

American Heritage Girls is a Christ-centered, scouting character development program for girls ages 5-18. The Georgetown troop was established two years ago at the First Baptist Church. According to troop coordinator Cassie Sinclair, the group’s focus is providing these young girls with programs that promote faith, service and fun.
