American Legion Auxiliary Unit 25 Prepare Holiday Decorations for Christmas Market in Greenwood

They may not look like Santa’s helpers, but the ladies of Laurens American Legion Auxiliary Unit 25 are busy creating hand crafted tree ornaments, decorations, wreaths, and other holiday themed goodies to enhance your holiday cheer.

These donations will be on sale at the Christmas at the Market, 220 Maxwell Ave. (Uptown Market), in Greenwood from 10 am until 2 pm, on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023.

All proceeds from the sale will go to sending outstanding local high school girls to the American Legion Girls State Program, a week long program to instill young women with leadership, interpersonal organizational skills, and Americanism.
