American Legion Auxiliary Unit 25 Supports Family Promise

American Legion Auxiliary Unit 25, represented by Denise Harter and President Donna King, recently partnered with Family Promise to provide crucial monthly assistance to families in need in Laurens County. Family Promise, in collaboration with local churches, offers homeless families with children essential support, including emergency housing, meals, a day center, and case management.
Unit 25’s donations help fulfill the identified needs of Family Promise, but the community is also encouraged to contribute. Donations can be made in person at 205 Church St., Laurens, or online at www.familypromiselaurenscounty.org. Much-needed items include disposable diapers, diaper wipes, Kleenex, toilet paper, Lysol spray, detergent pods, and cases of bottled water.
Together, they are making a positive impact on the lives of families striving to regain stability, hope, and a brighter future.
