Amteck acquires Greenville based Huntington & Guerry Electric Co.

Amteck, LLC (Amteck) announced today the acquisition of the assets and the ongoing operations of Huntington & Guerry Electric Co. Huntington & Guerry Electric Co. is located in Greenville, South Carolina.
Huntington & Guerry Electric Co. was organized in 1915 with experience in all branches of electrical construction and maintenance and especially in the installation of electrical power and lighting systems in chemical, textile, paper, chemical manufacturing as well as pharmaceutical, hospital and healthcare facilities.
