Andrew Merline named shareholder at Merline & Meacham, P.A.

Merline & Meacham, P.A. announced that attorney Andrew D. Merline has been named a shareholder in the firm. Andy focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses in Mergers and Acquisitions, Business and Transactional Law, Succession Planning, Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Taxation, LLCs, Partnerships, Family Limited Partnerships and Corporations and Asset Protection Planning. He earned his Master in Taxation Law Degree (LL.M) from Boston University, and his Juris Doctor Degree, from the University of South Carolina.

Andy is a member of the American Bar Association, Vice Chairperson for the South Carolina Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Section, Chair of the South Carolina Tax Law Section, and a member of the Greenville County Bar Association, the Greenville Estate Planning Council, and the Greenville Estate Planning Study Group.
