Apple Spinach Smoothie

Healthy Hands Cooking
Fresh, crisp and clean.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 apple, chopped, skin on
- 1 large bunch of baby spinach
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Pinch of dried ginger (or fresh if you have it)
- Squeeze of honey (optional)
Directions:
- Blend ingredients until smooth.
- Drink immediately.
